How do I collect my package from a relay point / post office?
We have provisionally extended the delay for returned items. For orders placed between 29th October and 1st December 2020, the delay has been extended to 14 days after the end of the self-isolation period.
We have taken all measures necessary to ensure that your orders are safely prepared in strict accordance with current health and safety protocols.
