1/ DELIVERY

When will my order be delivered?

Online orders deliveries are assured, however delivery times are likely to be extended.

How do I collect my package from a relay point / post office?

  • Relay point. The majority of relay points are opened. The opened relay points list are updated. Rest assured if you have not had time to pick up your package in a relay point which is now closed, your package will be kept and you will be able to pick up your order as soon as containment is lifted and your relay point is once again open.
  • Post office. To find out which post offices are open, please click on this link . Do not forget to take your "attestation de déplacement" and ID with you.

2/ RETURNS

We have provisionally extended the delay for returned items. For orders placed between 29th October and 1st December 2020, the delay has been extended to 14 days after the end of the self-isolation period.
