If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be pleased to accept your return for 14 days after delivery. The shoes must be as you have received them and in the original packaging.
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas 2018. Orders placed from December 1st to December 18th, 2018 can be returned up until January 4th, 2019. The request shall be addressed to our customer service at 02.52.65.02.14 or by email : firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only accept returns on shoes that are in the same conditions as received. They must be in unworn, perfect, resale condition and in the original packaging . We reserve the right to refuse and to return the shoes to you if your return does not pass our quality control.
The return shipping costs remain chargeable to the consumer (refer to general terms and conditions)

> Then, click on the number of your last order and tick the item that you want to return (The tick box does not appear if you exceed deadline so we invite you to contact the customer service).
> Below, fill in the form « Merchandise return » notifying the reason of your return and if you want a refund or a credit note.
We do not exchange directly. We invite you to select a "credit note" which will be available in your No Name account upon receipt of your return. In this way, you will reorder the pair of shoes wanted.
> And finally, click on « Create a return label » to register your return.
> Once your return accepted, the status will become "Waiting for package". The return agreement is available in the heading "My merchandise returns" and we invite you to print it and join it inside the parcel.
> When we will receive your return parcel, we will refund you or create a credit note in the following 48 hours.
