Return shipping is free for orders of €80 or more within mainland France.
We accept returns within 30 days* from the date you receive your order.

How to return an item?

From mainland France

  1. Log in to your customer account in the My account section.
  2. Go to the Order history section.
  3. Click on “Details”, then select the pair(s) you wish to return.
  4. Select a return reason, then click “REQUEST A RETURN”.
  5. In the Product return section, download the return slip and the prepaid Colissimo label (mainland France only for orders ≥ €80).

⚠️ Warning: For orders under €80, only the return slip is available. As return costs are at your expense, you must pay for postage with the carrier of your choice (La Poste, etc.).

From the European Union and French overseas territories

Outside the European Union

⚠️ Warning: Return shipping costs are at your expense. You must pay for postage with the carrier of your choice. Your order must be returned customs-cleared. If additional fees are charged to us by the carrier upon receipt, they will be deducted from your refund.


Return acceptance conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days* from receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, new and unworn, with all accessories (laces, bag, etc.), in their original packaging.
  • The shoe box must not be used as a shipping box and must arrive intact.
  • Return processing time is 3 working days after receipt in our warehouse, and 7 working days during private sales, sales periods and outlet. For non-EU returns, processing may take up to 10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. (No exchanges)
