If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason, we will accept your return within 30 days after receipt of your order. After this deadline, the return will be automatically refused.
Our teams inspect each return. For it to be accepted, the shoes should be in in the same conditions in which you received them, new and unworn, with their accessories (laces, bags, etc.) and in their original packaging. Attention: the shoe box should not be used as transport carton and must be undamaged upon arrival and clean for resale.
It is important to watch out when trying the shoes. We recommend testing the shoes on a clean floor, carpet type, to avoid damaging the sole. The return of shoes with damaged sole will be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if all the conditions are not respected, if the product has a damage or for hygienic reasons. In that case, we will resend you the shoes.
The returns from metropolitan France are offered for orders over 80€ (one free return by order only). The return shipping costs outside metropolitan France are charged to the consumer (refer to general terms and conditions). You are free to choose your own carrier. Your order must be returned duty paid, that is to say that you have to pay the transport fees and customs duties. In the situation where extra fees would be charged by the carrier, upon receipt, they will be deducted from your refund.

> Then, click on the number of your last order and tick the item that you want to return (The tick box does not appear if you exceed deadline so we invite you to contact the customer service).
> Below, fill in the form « Merchandise return » notifying the reason of your return.
If you are not satisfied with the size or the model, we invite you to return the shoes for a refund and then place another order. Thus, you will be delivered faster, and avoid stock-outs.
> And finally, click on « Create a return label » to register your return.
> Once your return accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and the status will become "Waiting for package". The return agreement is available in the heading "My merchandise returns" and we invite you to print it and join it inside the parcel. For returns from metropolitan France, print the return label, and stick it on the package.
> Returns may usually processed in 3 working days from their receptions. However, during full periods, process can require until 7 working days.
